Service Conditions

Prompt tingkat delivery of dinner between 3:30 to 7:00pm, to your doorstep from Mondays to Fridays Only (No Service on All Public Holidays as well as Lunar New Year Period).
Use of quality, hygienic & convenient disposable paper food containers (Environment Friendly & Microwaveable) at NO extra cost.
Skipping or replacement of the meal is NOT applicable for our tingkat meal service. Meal cancellation is NOT applicable for the 5 or 10 days trial.
Unlimited meal cancellation allowing you the flexibility of dining out anytime. Meal cancellation must be done at least one working day notice by calling our office @ 6755 4466 or whatsapp us @ 9299 1553 during our office hours from 9am to 5pm (Mon – Fri). All cancelled meals CANNOT be postponed or replaced. They will be refunded in CASH in accordance to the refund rate as stated in the Price Table. Revoking of cancelled meals is not permitted once it is confirmed.
Diversion of delivery address is NOT applicable for our tingkat meal service.
Amendment of off day is NOT applicable for our tingkat meal service.
Downgrade of service is NOT applicable for our tingkat meal service.
For delivery to condominium, private apartment and private house, an additional surcharge of $1.08 (inclusive GST) per delivery is applicable.
Our Menu is good for 20 days and is subject to availability of fresh food stock. We reserve the right to make changes to the menu without giving advance notice to customers.
For service termination during commencement of service, you are required to serve us at least 3 working days notice, either by calling our office @ 6755 4466 or whatsapp us @ 9299 1553 during our office hours from 9am to 5pm (Mon – Fri). Upon termination, the cost of each consumed meal will be prorated based on the closest meal package in the Price Table. The remaining balance will be refunded via PayNow. The refund process will take estimated 5 to 7 working days.
For service termination prior to service commencement, you are required to serve us at least 1 working day notice, either by calling our office @ 6755 4466 or whatsapp us @ 9299 1553 during our office hours from 9am to 5pm (Mon – Fri). A 10% administrative fee of the service contract value will be imposed, subject to a minimum fee of $25.00 (subject to GST). The remaining balance will be refunded via PayNow. The refund process will take estimated 5 to 7 working days.
Once orders have been confirmed by customers, it will be deemed that the customer understands and accepts all our Terms & Conditions.
Our tingkat service coverage & restriction is subjected to changes.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required by 12 noon on the next business day once the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to terminate the service if payment is not made by the stipulated deadline.
Payment mode is either inter-banking/ATM transfer only. NO CASH OR CHEQUE PAYMENT IS PERMITTED.
Payment terms: Full payment is required prior to start of the service contract. We reserve the rights to terminate the service if payment is not made.

服务条件

送晚餐时间介于下午三点三十分至傍晚七点之间，我们仅在星期一至星期五提供送餐上门服务 (所有公共节假日以及农历新年期间没有递送服务)。
我们会提供一次性纸食品容器，确保质量和卫生 ( 环保且可用于微波炉烹调) ，无需额外收费。
不允许跳过用餐或替换膳食服务。在5或10天试用期内不能取消用餐。
无限次取消用餐，使您可以随时灵活地外出就餐。取消用餐必须至少提前一个工作日致电我们的办公室 : 6755 4466或发传真: 9299 1553，办公时间为上午9点至下午5点（周一至周五。所有取消的膳食不能被推迟或替换。他们将按照价格表上的退款率以现金形式退还。取消的餐饮一旦被确认，就不允许撤销。
我们的膳食服务不接受更换送餐地址。
我们的膳食服务不接受修改休息日。
我们的膳食服务套餐不允许降级。
对于交付至公寓, 私人公寓和私人住宅，每次交付额外收取$1.08 附加费（包括消费税）
我们的菜单有效期为20天，视新鲜食物的供应情况而定。我们保留更改菜单而不预先通知顾客的权利。
如果在服务开始期间终止服务，您需要至少提前3个工作日通知我们，可在我们的办公时间（周一至周五）致电我们的办公室@6755 4466或通过Whatsapp 9299 1553通知我们。终止服务后，每笔消费的费用将根据价格表中最接近的套餐按比例计算。余额将通过PayNow退还。退款过程估计需要5至7个工作日。
如果在服务开始前终止服务，您需要至少提前1个工作日通知我们，可在我们的办公时间（周一至周五）致电我们的办公室：6755 4466或通过Whatsapp 9299 1553通知我们。我们将收取服务合同价值的10%的管理费，最低费用为25新元 (须缴付消费税)。余额将通过PayNow退还。退款过程估计需要5至7个工作日。
订单一经客户确认，即视为客户理解并接受我们所有的条款和条件。
我们的服务条款将按需要进一步更改规限。

支付条款

订单一旦确认，必须在下一个工作日的中午12点前全额付款。如果在规定的期限内没有付款，我们保留终止服务的权利。
付款方式只支持银行转帐，不允许现金和支票付款。
付款条件：在服务合同开始前应全额付款。若费用未缴清，我们有权利终止服务。
网络银行转帐：请转至“DBS 新展银行来往户口, 兀兰分行, 019-902313-8”. 并输入您的客户编号作为付款参考。
通过自动提款机支付：请转至“DBS 新展银行来往户口, 兀兰分行, 019-902313-8”. 然后请发送您的客户编号，银行名称和交易日期至手机号码：92991553。付费款项经过验证后，您将收到确认短信。
